Privacy Policy
This policy describes how Afoot Games (“we”, “us”) handles information in connection with Condria, our mobile game for iOS and Android (the “App”), and this website, afootgames.com.
The short version: Condria does not collect personal information. The App has no accounts, no sign-in, no advertising, and no analytics or tracking SDKs. Everything the App saves stays on your device, and the only third parties involved are Apple and Google, who process any purchase you choose to make.
1.0 Information we collect
1.1 Information you provide to us
The App does not ask you for a name, email address, or any other personal details. There is no account to create.
1.2 Information collected automatically
The App does not collect, transmit or store analytics, usage data, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, location data, contacts, photos or any other personal information. We do not use any third-party analytics, crash-reporting or advertising services in the App.
1.3 Information stored on your device
The App saves your game progress and settings (for example, campaign progress and audio preferences) locally on your device so the game can pick up where you left off. This data never leaves your device through the App, and deleting the App removes it.
2.0 Purchases
Condria may offer in-app purchases. Purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and are processed by Apple or Google under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not receive your name, payment details or billing address. The App only receives confirmation from the store that a purchase was made or restored, so it can unlock the content you paid for.
3.0 Children
Condria does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13 (or the applicable age in your region). Because the App collects no personal information, there is nothing for us to retain or delete.
4.0 This website
afootgames.com is a static site hosted on GitHub Pages. We do not set cookies or run analytics on it. GitHub may log standard web server information (such as IP addresses) in accordance with GitHub’s privacy statement.
5.0 Your rights
Because we collect no personal information, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete on your behalf. If you have a question about your data with Apple or Google (for example, a purchase history), please contact them directly through your App Store or Google Play account.
6.0 Changes to this policy
If the App ever begins to collect information (for example, if we add optional online features), we will update this policy before that version ships and change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
